I was greeted and helped the moment I walked through their door. Since I was there to have a flat fixed or replaced, I waited there. I asked them if there was any business that I could go to around there to kill some time. I was pointed to a western store and off I went. After returning, I was shown what had made it flat. They had it fixed and ready to roll in no time. And get this...... It was all FREE!! Now that's 👍🏻👍🏻in my book. Thank you American Tire Depot. This made my day!

I used to go to American West at this same location; American Tire Depot is doing great and keeping a loyal customer to this location:) price was maybe a little over what I expected, but I also have a newer more complicated vehicle.

Stellar. Ananda is such a professional, experienced, and courteous man; he clearly explained what my vehicle needed and -- as importantly--what it did NOT need. This inspires trust. The cost of service here is often less than other places, despite providing a significantly higher level of care and attention to customers. It's a truly remarkable crew. This ATD (so far) appears to continue the tradition of honesty and integrity the former family owners (American West Tire & Auto) built over decades. Hope it stays this way. The number of services they provide and **do not even charge for** is remarkable (see reviews). While I was waiting, someone had a tire puncture repaired for no charge. My fuel level was low and after all the work was done, they sent someone (in their own vehicle) to a local gas station and only charged me for the fuel. That person had to take 15-20 min out of their day, at the shop's expense. It's small (but big) things like that for which I'm grateful, and which make me a loyal return customer. Thank you, Ananda, Max, guy who went for fuel, and the guys who did the work on Alejandro! You work is greatly appreciated.

This is a first rate business, interested in Customer Service. I was really impressed from the moment I walked in the door, and was helped immediately with my problem. I am a vacationer here in Templeton,CA, and noticed a large nail in my rental car tire. After looking at reviews for places to go, I picked this business and was 100% glad I did. Even though I don't live here they were welcoming and intent on getting my tire fixed quickly. I was told it would take about 25 minutes and that is exactly what it took...and at No Charge. I return to Central California often on vacation and would use these guys any time I have a car problem. Their website lists a large array of services and I assume they would apply the same professional attitude to them all. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND them.
